Housing Developments

On the Steelworks site there will be a number of housing developments.  The first of which is nearing completion.  This site is called Cae Ffwnais and is located on the old furnace site near the site of the old RTB club.  There will be many housing developments apart from this, most notably the development called WestgateOne, the contract for this site has been won by Redrow.
